01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PiTasks platform ("PiTasks", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the website and must discontinue use immediately.

02. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain only one account per person/household/IP address. Multiple accounts will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Keep your login credentials confidential.

03. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and protect our advertisers, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination and forfeiture of balance:

Use of VPN, Proxy, VPS, or Tor browsers while performing tasks.
Use of automated bots, scripts, or auto-clickers.
Providing false information during surveys or task completions.
Attempting to bypass security measures or exploit system bugs.

04. Earnings & Affiliate Program

Users earn rewards by completing PTC ads, Faucets, and Social tasks. PiTasks reserves the right to audit tasks before crediting rewards. Our Affiliate Program allows you to earn a 10% lifetime commission from your referrals' earnings. Spamming referral links on prohibited platforms is not allowed.

05. Withdrawal & Payout Policy

Withdrawals are subject to manual review to ensure compliance with our anti-fraud policy. Our current minimum thresholds include:

FaucetPay: $0.01
Binance: $0.05
LTC/Crypto: $0.20 - $0.50
Bank Transfer: $100.00

            Note: All withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. PiTasks reserves the right to delay or deny payments if suspicious activity is detected.
        

06. Dedicated Support

PiTasks is unique in providing Live Support via our dedicated portal. We do not charge for support services. Users are expected to interact with our support staff professionally; any form of harassment or abuse will result in account suspension.

07. Limitation of Liability

PiTasks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee a specific income amount, as earnings depend entirely on task availability and user engagement.
